PUA - UI Benefits - Underpayment Issue - Attorney (non white shoe)

Seeking attorney to assist with PUA / UI benefits issue. Approved for benefits in April. But UI is underpaying the base amount. Currently getting base $267/wk + $600/wk federal. Federal goes away July 31. But base (which continues to end of year) should be $500+/wk. Owed $4000+ back benefits plus correct rate going forward. Appealed original determination and sent in two 1099K's identifying work (Uber/Lyft 2019). But was denied. No further help from PUA. Due process is being denied. Can pay $500 flat for help (letter then action if necessary). Wage evidence is valid but they are ignoring it.
