Snow Shovelers, Bobcat & Snowplow Truck Operators

We’re hiring Snow Shovelers, Bobcat (Skid-Steer) and Snowplow Truck Operators for the upcoming winter season! Be part of a hardworking, dependable team that keeps our community safe during snow and ice events.

Positions & Pay:

Snow Shovelers: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Bobcat Operators (Skid-Steer): $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Hydraulic license required

Snowplow Truck Operator – Commercial Lots

Starting Pay: $35–$45/hr

Must be available for all winter storm events.

Job Details:

Hours vary based on weather conditions

On-call availability required — must be ready to work 24/7 during snowstorms

Overnight and extended shifts may be necessary

Requirements:

Valid work authorization

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Active, reliable phone

Must be able to work outdoors in severe winter conditions

Job Details:

Type: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Availability: On-call during snow and ice events (days, nights, weekends)

Shifts: May include long duration shifts depending on weather

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation

Able to work in cold and wet conditions

Flexible availability (on-call or with short notice)
