IT Technical Analyst for REMOTE position, based out of Boston, MA.

ACCOUNTABILITIES: Installs and supports both hardware and software components for user group Performs preventive maintenance, test and repair of equipment. Evaluates system configuration and software to ensure effective use of hardware resources, Addresses and resolves hardware, software and customer issues. Engages users to determine their potential future business requirements. Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for installation and maintenance of routine hardware/software systems and supporting large user groups. Supports specific hardware/software applications. Assists in selection and evaluation of hardware and software. Analyzes basic business needs and recommends ways to optimize PC hardware resources in achieving business objectives. Supports, maintains, and installs local area network server systems. Impact is on multiple areas, functions or processes. Responsible for multiple applications. Works on assignments where judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment

REQUIREMENTS:

Authorized to work in the United States Expert knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) software (Must have experience with AirWatch and VMware Workspace One) Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution. (ServiceNow) Provide technical guidance regarding mobile device technology. Expert knowledge in troubleshooting all device platforms (Android and iOS) with multiple applications. Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures. Use ServiceNow Service Management Suite to document issues, diagnostics and solution implementation. Answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of standard mobile devices, mobile applications and the MDM infrastructure. Strong verbal and written skills. Capable of effective communication and influential skills at all levels of the organization
