Peoplesoft Analytics Lead - HCM

Client is focused on someone who has previous experience in implementing People AnalyticsStrong expertise in utilizing data to build dashboards, identify key trends and drive analysis.Ability to build and manage predictive models that proactively inform action planning.Knowledge of Human Capital Management processes and metrics.Experience with one or more BI platforms/visualization tools.Advanced level Microsoft Excel and Access skills.Ability to read and preferably write SQL.MicroStrategy knowledge preferred.
