Your work will have real-world impact, and you'll be supported in achieving your career goals.Location/Division Specific InformationThe Director, Global Commercial Operations reports to the VP Global Commercial for the Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) within the Analytical Instruments Group (AIG) and will be an essential leader in driving revenue growth, sales productivity, commercial efficiency, new market expansion, and transformational commercial initiatives.How you will make an impact:She/he will partner with senior leaders of sales and service, marketing, HR, and finance to provide strategic and operational guidance to the Global Commercial team to improve commercial effectiveness. Specifically, the leader owns data, processes, systems/technology, and projects/programs that enable the commercial team to perform at maximum efficiency.What you will do:Develop and mentor 5 direct reports and total team of 11

Leads the strategy and execution of global sales enablement programs across the commercial organization

Develops and implements programs/tools that align with internal partners to ultimately drive improved sales productivity and process standardization

She/he will be a key member of the commercial leadership team that takes CAD to the next level of business growth through strong leadership in global sales development, data quality, global pricing analytics, sales operations, global sales enablement strategies and programs to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency across multiple sales channels. These programs will include assessment, development and execution of go to market strategy, design and execution of channel partner management strategy and development, deployment and tracking of global sales training program. The Director will lead a team of software, data, sales training, and business intelligence analysts.How you will get here:EducationFour-year bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, M.B.A. or equivalent business management experience preferred.

ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of sales and/or commercial related experience

Outstanding skills including team leadership, thought leadership, and collaboration, and resolving issues

Known to work collaboratively in a global business environment and implementing programs in different regions

Successful track record of driving large scale change and developing cross-functional roadmaps to execute a strategic vision.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesDemonstrated success with process orientation and effectiveness.

Proven success working in a complex matrix environment, leading a motivated and highly productive team through direct and indirect reporting relationships.
