About the RoleHqO needs to provide a world-class customer experience so our customers can in turn provide a world-class tenant experience. In order to achieve this, it is critical that our customers are successfully set up on the HqO platform and quickly realize the value of their purchase. The Customer Onboarding (Implementation) team is responsible for managing customers and internal resources through the customer launch process and ensuring that our stakeholders are achieving their first desired outcome(s). The Customer Onboarding Internship will work primarily to support our newest initiative and feature, activating the digital grid. This includes working closely with our implementation managers to ensure proper data collection from our customers. As a customer onboarding intern you will be responsible for the clean-up of customer data and partner closely with product to ensure the data is in a machine-readable format to ensure successful upload in the HqO platform. This is a part or full-time remote internship. Key Responsibilities:Partner with Implementation Managers and Customer Success Managers to compile data from Customers

Clean-up customer data to ensure it?s in a machine-readable format and/or manual data entry into HqOS Platform

Partner with product and drive the data upload process

Track progress in a master spreadsheet to ensure visibility across the internal teams

Research possible data sources

Apply learnings and best practices to the development of the customer onboarding playbook

Qualifications:High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program

Proficient in Excel and a passion for data!

Must be detailed oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations, design effective processes, and prioritize ruthlessly

Passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing company

A collaborative spirit with a dedication to helping out as part of a team
