Job Description
The RoleWorking as part of the Digital Marketing team with one of our offices in Boston, Amsterdam or London, the Global Performance Marketing Specialist drives relevant paid traffic to Bynder.com to increase revenue pipeline and optimizing performance to lower cost per lead. He or she is a pioneer in online advertising, experienced in managing large, international SEA accounts and knows exactly how to target the right audience on social media, YouTube and other platforms. He or she is a trusted collaborator that gathers the right input from our field marketers, designers and copywriters in order to set up the best performing ads for our different markets and target personas.

Qualifications
What you will do:Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns for US, EMEA (multi languages) and ROW markets.
Analyse the data from the channels, Google Analytics (data studio) and Salesforce, and report on our paid marketing performance.
Gather ideas and run experiments to always optimize global performance and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition, and increase pipeline ARR).
Discover new partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and online presence for comparison websites.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver impacting lead generation campaigns in the different markets.
Work closely with the marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to search engine advertising, social media marketing, multi-channel-attribution, automation strategies.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
4+ years experience in managing big accounts (100k+), preferably international accounts.
Experience working with lead generation-based marketing, preferably in a SaaS / B2B environment.
In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, display, video advertising, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and Google Analytics. Knowledge of tools such as Data Studio, Hotjar and Google Tag Manager will be a plus.
Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince. You will manage different relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible.
Fluent in English (other languages a plus, especially Dutch, German, French)
Experience with CRO is a plus
