Review and proo various types of content for errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax

Conduct copyediting tasks to improve readability, correct content, and ensure adherence to our style guidelines

Verify the correctness of data, facts, and statistics used in documents

Work closely with our team to ensure the quality of documents including articles, blog posts, web content, and other promotional materials

Provide suggestions to improve the quality of the writing or changes needed

Requirements

Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

Prior prooing/copyediting experience, especially within marketing or corporate environments

Proven proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Familiarity with standard style manuals (e.g., AP, Chicago)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to maintain high-quality work while meeting stringent deadlines

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge in SEO optimization is a plus
