Unleash your potential and join BrightPath!What will you be doing?As an Education Coach your responsibilities will include: Overseeing educational quality of classrooms, staff, and equipment in multiple centers Ensuring compliance with state regulations and BrightPath standards. Monitoring all learning aspects of daily activities to promote infant, toddler, preschool, and school age development. Providing classroom-based demonstrations, collaborations, and one-on-one support to educators. Working with Center Directors and Area Managers to carry out classroom observations, facilitate center wide focus on goals for quality, and provide comprehensive professional development opportunities.
