Job Description Customer Success Manager -Staffing Services Greater Boston area Full-Time position InfiCare Health is looking for Customer Success Manager. This is a remote position and you must be located in the Greater Boston area. 3+ years experience required in customer interaction, service delivery, and/or staffing. You will interact with customers and our staffing services delivery team to ensure meeting customer expectations and help grow the business. Skills and Requirements:

  • You must have a current similar experience with a staffing firm
  • Communicate with the client to understand current and anticipated staffing needs.
  • Expanding our footprints with new and existing customers
  • Working with InfiCare delivery team for timely submission of resumes
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
  • A proven track record in achieving targeted sales results
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Strong work ethic
