The company behind some of the most well-known brands in real estate, and the leading provider of commercial real estate information and analytics. They are looking for someone to support the company's employees by being the point of contact for IT problem resolution. If you love helping others, solving problems, and working with people, then this could be a great fit for you. The System Support Specialist will aid staff and answer client questions and problems of all systems applications. You will be an imperative part of the companies daily functioning. This is a full time role and requires employees to come into their Boston-based office on work days.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
- Hands on experience in IT Support or Service Desk
- Experience with implementing TCP/IP at workstation level
- Ability to support Windows 10, Mac
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Suite, and Windows File Permissions
- Great communication skills and a desire to work with people
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Office 365 Amdin experience
- 80% Hands On
- 20% Working with others and communication effectively
- Competitive Salary: Up to $35/hour depending on experience
