We're looking for a customer-focused Technology Support Analyst to support geographically dispersed business teams.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Technology Support Analyst:

Provide computing services and support to internal teams
Public face of IT support, represent user perspective
Understand and prioritize goals and objectives of team

Requirements of the Technology Support Analyst:

Associate's degree and several years of work experience
Basics for operating system support
General networking knowledge
General infrastructure, email knowledge to help with onsite support
Act as main point of contact for Boston office
Hardware support
MS Office Applications
Email, browsing connectivity
Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate efficiently to teams
Independent thinker
Operate with urgency
