Requirements:

5 or more years of experience as a System Administrator.
Experience with Network Administrator and Desktop Support.
Experience working with Azure, AWS or Google cloud.
Experience in creating Visio diagrams in support of network hardware.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Learn and mentor technical application support team.
Provide 2nd level support for troubleshooting issues, including issues with application functionality, environment configuration, and system integrations.
Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
Perform support of end-users with application functionality and password resets.
