The Silicon Labs Launchpad Program is a summer internship with a focus on providing technical experience and professional mentorship for freshman and sophomore students from groups that have been historically underrepresented in the tech industry.

What Youll Do Our intern projects are designed to help you to grow your skillset while making meaningful contributions to our business and the world. Here are just a few of the challenges you might get to tackle:

As a
Software Engineering Intern youll assist in software development, and grow your understanding of programming languages
As a
Product Management Intern youll work closely with Product Managers to gain understanding of IoT market segments, learn about customer needs, and assist in preparing business reports and data analysis

Who You Are Youre an innovator, builder, and tinkerer with a passion for solving problems. Working with a global team of technology enthusiasts and design pioneers excites you. Heres what you need:

Graduation date of May 2023 or later
Enrollment in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
A curious mind and a drive to succeed
