Product Design opportunity at profitable startup

Job Description A successful startup in the Boston area that is already profitable is looking to bring on an experienced UX/UI Designer. They build a platform used to help people find the best options for them to handle their student loans. They provide insights on the options available to refinance, lower their rates, etc. This is going to be the first hire on their design team, which you should expect to help them grow moving forward. They are looking for a strong designer that can help them capture leads and increase conversion rates via an improved user experience. They need someone that excels at user research, designing prototypes, end to end design, wireframing, and working with stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Experience working with engineers/developers
• Ability to design prototypes rapidly
• Strong with wireframing
• Experience improving conversion rates, lead generation, working with marketing to launch campaigns, etc.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and strong communication skills

• Consumer experience
• Strong portfolio that displays your approach and methods to solving problems
