Genesys IVR Developer, 100% Remote

Genesys IVR Developer, 100% Remote 12+ Months Phone + Skype Our client, a global software firm, is looking to hire a Genesys Designer Developer for a 6-month remote contract. The consultant will be working on a team of 3 Developers in conjunction with a VUI designer, and an entire project team to support an implementation of Genesys EngageCloud for a major retailer. The consultant will be responsible for IVR development utilizing Genesys Designer as the tool. Required Skills:

• 5+ years' experience with contact center/telephony and IVR development
• Experience specifically developing using Genesys Designer development tool (Certification is a plus)
