Job Details

The ideal candidate has:

Strong Python experience
Master's and 1 year or Bachelor's and 3 years of research experience
Experience developing automation workflows for different platforms (Tecan Fluent, Agilent, Bravo, Qpix, Echo, Ambr)
Experience with Next-gen sequencing, library prep, and/or analysis of large sequencing datasets
Understanding of molecular biology and microbiology
Understanding of protein expression and protein biochemistry
Experience with assay development
