Venture Financing Consultant (Equity Fund Raise)

Looking to hire a consultant for an assignment to help raise equity funding for Optiontown. Candidate must have the following experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in raising equity capital (Series A/B/C) through venture capital, growth capital or PE investors in USA for high-tech software or other companies

Has the right set of contacts with different investors (VCs, growth stage companies, PEs) in New England area or New York/Philadelphia (or elsewhere in US or Canada)

This is a contract position initially to support the fund raise initiate. It may turn into a full time role in the future

Can be in-person, or hybrid or fully remote

Compensation can include a contract cash amount as well as a percentage fee based on successful capital amount raised.
