- Designing experiments and executing laboratory experiments independently.
- Perform data analysis and prepare technical reports and SOP's.
- Assist with development activities at MFG and support technology transfer efforts including knowledge transfer, scale up, facility gap analysis
- Ensure effective, high-quality, timely and appropriate documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks
- Support maintenance activities for laboratory function, including preventative maintenance, raw material management, and media preparation
- B.S, M.S in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry or equivalent related fields with 2-4+ years relevant industrial experience required. Or a fresh Ph.D Graduate.
- Hands-on experience working with cell culture, aseptic technique, analytical instrumentation (such as cell counters and metabolite analyzer).
- Experience working with bioreactors
- Experience with viral vector production, statistical software, technology transfer to CDMO/manufacturing facility, and process characterization experience is a plus.
