PurposeThe Associate Director will assist in overseeing the daily flow of all incoming and outgoing client electronicinformation and managing the day-to-day activities of the Integration Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Assist with leading, coordinating, and administering key process improvements to EDI implementations2. Assist with leading transitions of EDI systems to next-generation environments and/or cross-functionalbusiness systems3. Assist with performing system configuration, mapping, and management for EDI-based transactions andprocesses4. Assist with troubleshooting and resolve hardware and software problems related to EDI applications5. Assist with creating/managing secure connections to customers6. Assist with performing data audits and quality control measures7. Assist with developing and maintaining EDI training materials and systems documentation8. Assist the Director with developing policies and procedures9. Project Management10. Assign work to staff and ensure completiona. May delegate day to day oversite to managers or supervisors11. Work with clients on any inbound/outbound changes around data feeds12. Review, maintain and resolve assigned Integrator Work Queues13. Monitor assigned Work Queues to be sure maintained14. Coordinate with IT and client SFTP connections with clients15. Coordinate with IT and client Mirth connections for real time HL716. Ensure cooperative team environment bya. Adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficienciesc. Resolving issues among staffd. Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team memberse. Review and approve time and attendance records according to company standards

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

ExperienceOne to two years related experience preferred.
