Location:Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior LivingSituated on 120 beautiful acres in Silver Spring, Maryland, Riderwood is the largest continuing care retirement community in the United States. The Store Associate will run the daily functions of the community store.How you will make an impact:Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service.

Organize, clean, sanitize, and ensure the quality of merchandise.

Perform daily accounting procedures, as well as receiving, stocking, and rotation of inventory.

Assists with food preparation, ensuring freshness and quality of the selections.

What you will need:Experience in a store environment preferred.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Must be able to handle several projects and follow instructions.

Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English Language.

Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 50 pounds.

Flexible schedule and will be required to work weekends and holidays.
