Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Research and analysis of complex legal documents

Provide support to attorney through all phases

Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

Solid understanding of e-discovery

Civil litigation experience

Discovery experience

Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
