Job DescriptionMission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our Minotaur team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and practices. This position will guide and ensure successful software deliveries through best practices. You will support a mission management tool called the Minotaur Mission Processor. Minotaur ingests data from various sensors on manned and unmanned surveillance aircraft to enhance an operator's ability to identify tracks from various on-board sensors, from both sea and land, that is utilized in all branches of the military. Working closely with our engineers, you will play a significant part in our vision as we work diligently to provide solutions that are critical to national security. - Facilitate the Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Continuously seek to improve team processes and workflows
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support team members as needed
- Promote transparency and openness in all team interactions
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
- Help the team identify and address obstacles that may impede progress or success
- Monitor and report on team performance and progress
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or performing similar role
- 3+ years of project delivery experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing software deliveries
