- Comply with all polices, guidelines and regulatory requirements and coordinate daily activities with production manager
- Follow recipes and procedures accurately for element manufacturing
- Routine checking of all parameters on the manufacturing equipment to ensure the equipment is operating with the acceptable parameters (calibration checks, pressures, thickness, length, etc.)
- Practice good housekeeping in the manufacturing area
- Use a variety of hand & power tools, work instructions, and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble membrane parts into elements
- Set-up, operate, and clean element production equipment
- Report problems with product quality, processes, equipment and materials to management in a timely manner in form of detailed organized notes
- Record the appropriate data in paper and electronic batch logs aligned with company practice, including checking all operating parameters on the machines (calibration, temperatures, speed, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of the materials and supplies necessary for production
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Assist and communicate with other operators. Collect production data and complete daily productions logs
- Keep records and marking of inventory status of all quality tests performed on the elements; segregate finished goods based on quality tests

- Packing and Shipping of Finished Goods
- Handle production documentation
- Label, package, box and palletize elements for outbound shipping
- Maintain inventory on packaging supplies
- Ensure the correct documentation is supplied with each element shipped
- Ensure element serial number and order specifications are in proper alignment
- Provide dimensions and shipping weight for outbound products
- Interface with shipping companies for pickup
- Must be able to follow written instructions precisely and record information in detail and accurately.
- Basic math skills are required - algebra is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - preferably as a machine operator
- High school graduate/GED; technical degree is a plus
- Ability to lift 50lbs, operate basic hand tools, color vision, stand, kneel and climb stairs
- Ability to work wet environment
- Ability and willingness to work safely with manufacturing equipment
- Forklift training or certification is preferred.
- Applicant should be energetic, self-starter with ability to work safely alone, or with others
- Strong attention to detail ensuring proper upkeep of the equipment used on the job
- Teamwork and communication skills
