What You Will Do: Immediate need for a PRISM Web Services Developer/Oracle (12C) with Oracle SOA integration knowledge. Job located in Bethesda, MD; current Work From Home environment due to COVID-19. Web Services development using SOAP, XML, WSDL, WS-Security, and/or JSON.Develop technical documents, including software implementation guides and design documentation including Interface Control Documents (ICD's). Work with analysts to ensure software components are properly documented for system users. Perform unit testing and provide support to functional analysts during system testing tasks to provide support implementing the Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System.

Required Skills:
  • Required 5 years: Extensive development in a

    Web Services integrated with Oracle SOA environment.
  • Required 4 years: Extensive hands-on

    PRISM experience is a MUST.
  • Required 5 years: Hands-on experience

    implementing Web Services with Oracle SOA
  • Required 5 years: Experience in

    complex PRISM - SOA/Integration projects
  • Required 3 years: Strong experience in

    implementing J2EE Design patterns for module designs
  • Required 4 years : Experience in extensive

    SOAP UI tool experience
  • Required 5 years: Experience in

    PRISM Procure-to-Pay

    Business Process
  • Required 5 years: Experience in design, development, testing and deployment of

    PRISM Web Services integrated with Oracle SOA based applications for

    Oracle SOA product suite
  • Required 5 years: Experience in developing

    SOAP Web Services using Spring Web Service, Apache CXF, JERSEY and AXIS
  • Required 5 years: Experience in using

    JMS (QUEUE and TOPICs) for building messaging related solutions using MDBs
  • Required 5 years:

    Java programming in

    XML using JAXB, SAX and DOM

Desired Skills:
  • 5 years: Experience with

    PRISM Web Services Integration
  • Strong software engineering skills, and a strong development background

    to build a Web services.
  • Experience in building the

    SOA web service, leveraging

    OWSM security, CEP, UDDI, Oracle Identity Manager (LDAP) frameworks.
  • Strong skills in designing and developing

    JAVA / J2EE applications and services,

    XML, execute test plans, co-ordinate, implement and deploy software in multiple environments.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
