We are currently looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 & CRM Configuration Specialist in Bethesda, MD. In this role the Dynamics resource will develop methods for improving customer experience in utilizing D365 and Power Apps/Power Automate services. Also, you will be asked to support system design set-up, administration, and development to deploy, patch, secure, administrate, integrate, test, update, and support customers across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Responsibilities:- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using Forms, Native and Custom Entities, Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Microsoft Flows, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Integrate D365 with internal or on-prem systems.
- Grow and integrate D365 and Power applications and services by designing and deploying, updating, and/or supporting changes to common data models, forms, processes, web services, dataflows, and workflow automation, etc.
- Demonstrable experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Power and Dynamics 365 applications and services.
- Knowledge of how Microsoft Power and Dynamics 365 applications and services integrate with other Microsoft 365 software.
- Experience with Web Development, JavaScript, MVC, HTML, CSS, SOAP, XML, and REST APIs
- Perform internal testing and User Acceptance Training (UAT)
- Provide training or demonstration on production systems and tools
- Interact with clients and current project team to gather requirements for client initiatives
- Interact with various application owners and developers to maintain optimum availability of development of production systems

- Provide technical expertise in system maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitoring performance measures, change management in a multi-platform environment
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related IT system engineering experience
- At least 3 years working with Dynamics 365 and/or MS Power Platform services
- Background check with the ability to obtain a public trust clearance
