Test Automation Architect

Primary expectation: 1. API automation experience in Tosca, Selenium & Ready API 2. DevOps Tools Git, JIRA, Ant, Maven, Jenkins 3. Certifications - PMP, CSTE, CSQA, Certified SAFe 4. Performance experience in Neo Load Technical Expertise 1. 10+ years of IT leadership experience with a blend of deep technical knowledge and a customer-focused mindset 2. Direct management of cross functional, sourced, or offshore teams 3. 8+ years' experience in software development, test engineering, with expert-level expertise in multiple testing methodologies 4. 8+ years' experience engaging highly technical architecture, engineering and operations teams and driving outcomes with QA automation 5. Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills 6. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Git, JIRA, Ant, Maven, Jenkins) and Test Automation 7. Experience in financial management of budgets and cost estimations 8. Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline and/or equivalent experience/certification Preferred Qualifications 1. Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2. Demonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action 3. Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities 4. Strong knowledge of emerging tools, software, applications, and systems for attaining best-in-class IT technology across the enterprise 5. Experience working with offshore testing organizations 6. Graduate degree 7. Technical certifications (i.e., PMP, CSTE, CSQA, Certified SAFe
