We are excited to announce Hairaphy Salon Bar is hiring!

We are a new salon located in a high traffic location in Glen Arm, MD. We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented hair stylists. We are dedicated to industry growth by expanding our skills and abilities. We also strive to provide the most current products and services available to our clients. We cater to our clients by offering a calm and relaxed environment.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. We offer a very competitive commission for the region as well as chair and studio space rental options. An education incentive program is also offer for continuing education.

Specific Requirements

Must have a current and valid Maryland Cosmetology or Barber license.

Must have at least two years of industry experience.

Ability to show strong skill set in precision haircuts, barbering/clipper cuts, and color application/color theory.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Basic Requirements

Practice and uphold the universal state board standards for sanitation and sterilization.

Sanitize between each client (COVID-19)

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs; dependable and reliable.

Passionate about your craft and give exceptional customer service.

Demonstrate strong team mentality and work ethics.

Polished, polite, and pleasant.

Must use cell phones, computers, and current communication technology (text/email/social media).

Desire to grow, learn, and be involved.

Positivity and teamwork in the work environment is a must!

Directions to Hairaphy Hair Salon Bar

We are 10 minutes from the Carney/Parkville, Perry Hall, and Jarrettsville areas; 15 minutes from the Towson and White Marsh areas; 20 minutes from the Bel Air/Fallston area; and 25 minutes from the Baltimore City and Canton areas.

All interviews are CONFIDENTIAL . Each contract is tailored to each hair stylist.
