Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one therapy to children with ASD

Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans

Complete daily notes and collect data

Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating)

Discuss client's daily progress with parents/caretakers

Work with supervisor to implement individualized goals and checklists

Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients

Requirements:

Previous (volunteer or employment) experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities as a service provider or family member is an added advantage.

Background check clearance upon hire

High School diploma or equivalent

Ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week.

Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.

Driver’s License

Schedule:

After School (3 - 8pm)

Holidays

Monday thru Friday

Weekends as needed
