Lead Material/Warehouse Operator

Job Description SummaryLeads and performs physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the picking, packing, processing, shipping and order fulfillment of BDB reagents and materials to domestic and international destinations. Interacts with BD partners and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments. Oversees domestic and international shipping responsibilities. Must have forklift certification or be able to pass certification classes. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with material/warehouse operations. Provides additional leadership support as needed and escalates team issues as necessary.
