The Director, Collegiate Division role will also collaborate with legal, finance and senior leadership. This person will work closely with cross-functional leadership, specifically the Regional marketing and merchandising teams to ensure activation and executionYour Impact Lead and set strategy for the Collegiate Division Sports within the US inclusive of acquisition, retention of partnerships, marketplace analysis, relationship and account oversight across sales, service and marketing execution as well as teammates management Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance throughout acquisition due diligence process, including review of financial and operational assumptions, and develop model for full life cycle financial analysis for each asset from acquisition - identifying most advantageous strategy for utilization Develop and implement a methodology to assess and rank performance of each investment to drive investment and/or disposition decision making Lead coordination of post-acquisition activities and integration Monitor portfolio performance Refresh, develop and maintain a network of industry relationships to stay current on regional and local market trends Lead strategy and efforts for partnership negotiations Work closely with senior leadership – inclusive of Regional Market leadership, Regional Merchandising, and VP of Team Division in additional to strong partnership with Finance and LegalQualifications Bachelor's degree with typically 12 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience OR typically 16 years of relevant experience without degree Typically 6+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise. Effective communicator than can lead cross functional teammates with strategic vision, problem solving and brand selling Deep understanding of collegiate industry and marketing and media landscape Influential and respected relationships cross collegiate landscape, consultants and wholesale partners High powered negotiation skills to leverage best position for UA and external partnerships Marketing knowledge to evaluate asset ROI in to partnership and portfolio growth Best in class sales and service to maximize existing and accelerate new partnershipsWorkplace Location

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.

Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation$171,618.00 - $235,975.30 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
