Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talentedOCM (Junior) Department: Navy Location: Remote (U.S. based only – see Note 3) Type: Full Time Min. Experience: Experienced Security Clearance Level: Secret Military Veterans are highly encouraged to apply! Essential Duties and Responsibilities U.S. Citizenship and a Secret Clearance Required. This position is for a Training Support Analyst. The Training Analyst will be part of a Enterprise wide Training team that will develop a robust training capability for an SAP Implementation. The Trainer will be responsible for understanding SAP functionality and developing training material for web based trainings, job aides, etc. The role will also be responsible for conducting evaluations and analyzing feedback. Required Skills and Experience

3 or more years of experience supporting training development and delivery for large SAP implementations.

1 year of experience with training tools such as SuccessFactors or Enable Now

Experience working with complex client groups

Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with the full software development lifecycle

Active Secret Clearance (must be clearable)

Professional Certifications

N/A

Nice to have Skills/Certifications

DOD Experience

Formal Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Years of Professional Experience

3 or more

Security Clearance Requirements

Possess a Secret Clearance or higher

Citizenship

U.S. Citizenship Required. NOTE: Cannot have dual citizenship.
