Job DescriptionOur Field Capabilities team, on the Field Engagement and Digital Innovation team (FEDIT), is dedicated to delivering innovative experiences to our users and customers. We translate their needs into solutions that are personalized and effective while staying meaningful and compliant.Position Description:This individual will report to an Associate Director, Field Capabilities lead, and be fully accountable for the operational maintenance and project management surrounding the field digital capabilities (i.e. Remote Engagement, Call Plan, Managed Care resources such as Dynamic Managed Care Messaging, Fingertip Formulary Publisher, Fingertip Formulary Field Emails, etc.) and will support the launch and optimization of Field Suggestions across the organization.This role will focus on various aspects of enabling and advancing field digital capabilities which may include working in an agile environment with marketing, sales, analytics, digital engagement teams, brand teams, vendors, operations and compliance.Success in this role will require strong communication skills, strong project management skills, a growth mindset and eagerness for learning, and an effective partnership across many functional areas including Sales Leadership, Account Executive Leadership, US Market Operations, Brand Marketing, IT, Training, Compliance, Legal and Communications.Key responsibilities of the Digital Field Capabilities Sr. Specialist, include the following:

Lead the operational maintenance of mature field digital capabilities including:

Providing market updates to stakeholders

Setting expectations with any vendor(s) for project development/releases, maintaining timelines, and ensuring project plans

Gathering stakeholder and field advisory input; Issue discovery and resolution efforts

Ensuring training resource updates (e.g. QRCs, FAQs, training decks, etc.) and communications (e.g. bulletins)

Providing training as necessary to field personnel and others as necessary

Strive to evolve the field capabilities in order to maximize the effectiveness of the platforms/capabilities and the ease of use for the field employees; Gain legal/compliance approvals as necessary

Ensure adoption of field capabilities across the organization

Develop and maintain Expert Trigger and Next Best Engagement (NBE) Field Suggestions for brands as assigned

Support the launches and continuous development of insights and actions for the orchestration engine used by Field Suggestions and Next Best Engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor to build and maintain a suggestions library; Prepare documents for PRT review

Continually assess and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of customer engagement across field digital and in-person promotion

Assess utilization metrics at the suggestion level using analytical tools regularly to monitor performance and inform content enhancements and franchise reviews

Serve as the field and/or DET point to solicit feedback and make recommendations for updates and enhancements

Assist with the integration of other field digital capabilities into Field Suggestions.

Provide project management support to realize Field Suggestions & Next Best Engagement across the portfolio

Work in a matrix organization supporting multiple areas and Associate Directors

Position Qualifications :Required Experience and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of professional work experience in field sales, marketing, vendor management, or AI/machine learning within the pharmaceutical industry or managed care / managed markets sector

Demonstrated track record of collaboration among diverse cross functional working groups

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess, identify insights and suggest actions for field implementation

Business acumen, problem solving, understanding of marketing process

Change Management Skills – ability to gain sponsorship for change and work as a change agent to effectively drive change required

Strong project management experience, having to manage multiple projects simultaneously and foster collaboration with colleagues

Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills and ability to collaborate across the organization and with external agencies / vendors to drive work toward a common goal

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.

Innovative and strategic thinking with an affinity toward experimentation and appropriate risk taking

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to clearly communicate complex information at the appropriate level for the audience

Strong judgement, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Ability to work in matrix organization and influence without authority

Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

BA/BS degree

Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs

Experience working in an agile environment or scrum framework

Experience in end-to-end promotional review process

Experience in vendor management

Experience in using or supporting field capabilities
