Federal Project Manager

Job DescriptionAs a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.The Federal Project managers in the Major Incident space are responsible for the day-to-day activities involved with all IT major incidents. Their #role and responsibilities are extremely varied and include (amongst others):- Leveraging technology to provide communications to key stakeholder management- Leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing reporting activities, meetings, and conference calls as needed to inform key stakeholders.- Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles, and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed- Ensuring all administration and reports are maintained and up to date, including contacts information, technical diagrams, post major incident reviews- Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements- Contributing to the maintenance, developing tools, and resources to manage major incidents effectively- Provide regular high quality major incident metrics reportsResponsibilitiesCreate and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $28.22 to $52.36 per hour; from $58,700 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $28.22 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,700 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay Range: from $31.54 to $55.24 per hour; from $65,600 to $114,900 per annum.
