DefenseThe Defense group supports the Department of Defense (DoD) mission to keep our homeland and its citizens safe. We provide solutions to improve the Nation's defense by providing software, systems engineering, IT, training and logistics and fleet management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day personnel and technical management of hardware and software research and development, reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis against systems, system engineering and integration, and IT infrastructure staff to ensure high-quality and acceptable Technology Readiness Levels 3 to 6 project efforts are completed by the team • Lead technical responses to Task Order proposals, often on short turnaround timelines• Analyze workflow across project areas and work with the customer in establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines• Responsible for successful project execution within cost and schedule, including financial planning and management oversight and close coordination with financial and program control staff• Drive organic growth within the program• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customer technical, program, and contract staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years relevant work experience, or equivalent• 10 years of experience supporting Information Technology development, systems engineering, electronic warfare, or cyber programs including 5 years of experience managing technical cyber projects or programs, preferably in the OCO/EW domain• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification• Experience managing contracts or task orders that exceed $30M in value and related to cyber operations• Experience overseeing the execution of infrastructure and application development and integration projects• Experience implementing and managing Agile DevOps processes• Experience managing remote teams or geographically dispersed personnel, including subcontractors• Experience supporting contracts or task orders responsible for adhering to DoD information security and personnel security practices• Knowledgeable in task negotiations, monthly reporting, cost estimating, and program analysis• Must be a US Citizen and hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (clearable to TS/SCI w/ CI Poly)
