The Senior Product Analyst is a key contributor to the Next Generation General Ledger module of the Munis suite. Responsibilities include contributing to the design, analysis and testing of new and improved functionality, developing new content, and communicating product updates to internal stakeholders and clients. Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management. Location Yarmouth, Maine Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Participate in several aspects of the development life cycle, including functional design, construction, and testing. High level analysis of product with a focus on user experience and process flow. Contribute to, and manage the Product Backlog to ensure requirements are well defined and prioritized appropriately. Work closely with engineers to assist with product knowledge and provide guidance and expertise related to product changes. Perform QA testing of new product functionality in addition to integrations of Next Gen GL into the Munis product suite. Work closely with the Product Leadership to manage enhancement requests and expectations. Training and advocating for the product to a variety of internal and external parties/stakeholders. Communicate new features and enhancements to internal and external sources through documentation, live trainings, and recordings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Science, or Business. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement. A minimum of 2 years of experience in software design, development, implementation or testing related to ERP Financials Products Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work tasks and effectively respond to frequently shifting priorities. Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with or knowledge of public sector financial accounting principles is preferred Knowledge of Tyler ERP products is helpful Great Place to Work & Grow Your Career Tyler is continually recognized as a great workplace locally and nationally.
