Data Entry Clerk

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a diligent Data Entry Clerk in Sanford, Maine. As a part of our team, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other miscellaneous tasks. You will be working on-site from Monday to Friday, 8-5 and collaborating with various departments.Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable by tracking, processing, and reconciling payments and expenditures. Oversee Accounts Receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Perform accurate data entry operations to maintain databases and spreadsheets. Process invoices, record transactions, and track expenses. Conduct account reconciliations to prevent discrepancies. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations. Conduct check runs to ensure timely and accurate payment. Assist in coding invoices to maintain organized financial records. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Requirements Must possess skills in Accounts Payable (AP). Strong Data Entry skills are essential. Capable of efficiently processing invoices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail is required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
