Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, full-time carpenters to join our on-site finish work teams on residential projects in Midcoast Maine. This is a 40-hour-per-week role with guaranteed hours, even during inclement weather—a valuable benefit during the winter months. Key Responsibilities
Perform framing, siding, and finish carpentry work on high-performance residential projects
Work with air-tight building assemblies; familiarity with Passive House or similar standards is a plus
Participate in shop work to learn panelized building and manufacturing techniques
Opportunity for travel jobs, in-state and out-of-state, for panel installations
Qualifications
Proficiency in framing, siding, and finish carpentry
Experience or interest in high-performance building practices
Strong work ethic and commitment to sustainable building
