Camp Pennant is home to Pennant Distilling & Brewing brand of spirits and beer. With the addition of a state-of-the-art wood-burning oven, turning out unforgettable Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh Maine-caught seafood and main courses all from the wood-burning oven that are complemented by seasonal salads and shareable starters.
As expected, cocktails lead the charge: from spirit-forward classics to the fanciful and imaginative, Camp Pennant captures the flag of Portland’s best cocktail menu. Deeply flavorful beers on draft include seasonal and limited editions.
Camp Pennant is currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our energetic kitchen crew. If you are looking for an opportunity to work with quality ingredients on the waterfront, please submit your resume.
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of kitchen experience with knowledge of basic cooking methods and techniques.
-Ability to multitask, work in a team environment and communicate efficiently and effectively
-Maintain an approachable demeanor and up-beat, can-do attitude
-Ability to perform in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
