Pizza Chef

In search of the right candidate for a pizza chef position working with a hand-built wood-fired clay oven in an open kitchen. Nights and weekends are a must. Pizza experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are a flatbread pizza restaurant on the water in Portland, Maine's Old Port district. We specialize in hand stretched dough with local and organic ingredients and have been in business for 24 years.
