Lil’s Café is a 3rd wave coffee shop and bakery in the heart ofKittery Foreside. We serve breakfast sandwiches, lunch, scratch pastries, artisan breads, and great coffee all using local ingredients when possible.

We are looking for a talented person to join our bake team. The right candidate will have the follow traits: experience in scratch baking, familiarity with scale measuring, an adaptable learning style to suit the season, strong team player, taking pride in work and clear communication. Scratch artisan bread experience is a plus!

This position also requires extended periods of standing and physical movement and the ability to lift at least 50lbs.

This is a year-round, full-time position and includes a mix of early mornings and afternoons, as well as weekend and holiday availability.
