Customer Service Representative

Rapidly-growing Staffing Agency located in Portland ME is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to add to our team! The right candidate for this position will be an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing environment – An exceptional individual for this position will be seeking a long-term career with a huge desire for growth!

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

-Taking Job Orders from clients

-Screening Applicants

-Processing applications along with additional branch documents

-Cold Calling/Inside Sales

-Answering Phones

-Recruiting temporary employees

-Placing Applicants to job assignments both daily and long-term

-Previous experience in a construction/light industrial environment in any department, including field experience, a huge plus!

Requirements:

-Self-Starter

-Strong writtern/oral communication skills

-Strong organizational skills

-Previous customer service experience a plus

-Previous experience in a high-energy/fast-paced environment a huge plus!

-Positive attitude

-Comfortability with an ever-changing environment

-Flexibility with schedule availability

-Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
