A/C Maintenance Technician - $1500 Sign-on Bonus

Right now we are adding Maintenance Technicians at our Metairie and Kenner, Louisiana apartment communities.

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician with 1st Lake Properties you will perform maintenance repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have experience with repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance matters. Other qualifications include EPA certification (we can certify you if necessary), a valid driver's license; and, the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
