Product Manager

• Develop a partnership with business teams to understand the business' value chain and operations
• Understand functional requirements and needed capabilities from business stakeholders
• Effective communicator with ability to relate technical concepts to business teams

• Plan and manage a group of related technology projects or activities in a coordinated way from inception through successful delivery.
• Maintain updated status quo of strategic projects - timeline, costs, resource allocation, scope
• Interact with all IT leaders to ensure successful delivery of Projects
• Read-outs to Management
• Implement Dashboards that reflect online status quo of all initiatives
• Communicate progress and anticipate show-stoppers
• Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels
• Communicate role up of project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner for senior leadership consumption, escalating blocking issues when appropriate for discussion and decisions.
• Partner with our internal stakeholders as required to ensure delivery against agreed Time, Cost and Quality while managing Scope and Risk.

• Ability to work with Software architects and understand technical blueprints
• Ensure that Infrastructure and InfoSec needs are early identified during Product Scoping
• Work with application leaders to identify key resources needed for project execution
• Work with data & Integration Engineers to ensure best practices compliance
• Understand the needs of the other teams who have to design, build, test, deploy, maintain and operate the system for the life of the system
• Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.

• Actively searching for better processes and tools that will simplify read-outs
• Use of current tools Slack, JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, Service Now and others
• Actively participate in the implementation of OGSIM
• Partner with industry vendors that provide technology or user experience design components that support our architecture and work with vendors on our implementation plans and roadmaps identifying partnership opportunities to increase our development velocity and our learnings
• Recognize complex designs and propose simplified solutions by working with the Enterprise Architects, Customer Experience Engineers, Infrastructure, InfoSec, software development engineers, and project managers.
• Work across teams to optimize processes.
