Legal Paralegal

Full-time general litigation Paralegal/Legal Secretary position available in a Metairie Law Firm. This position requires exceptional time management skills and multitasking abilities. The candidate should be able to work well with others in a close group and have the maturity and experience to carry out day to day responsibilities with substantial independence and minimal supervision. The candidate must be able to work full time hours and have dependable transportation. Candidates will be required to take an aptitude test and pass a state and federal background check prior to being offered the position. Compensation will be determined after evaluation of the applicant's interview, experience, licensure and capabilities. The firm provides paid leave after the employee's initial employment period. In addition, the firm may pay for certain annual professional insurance premiums, licensing dues and required continuing education. The firm does not offer health insurance at this time.
