Part time Bed & Breakfast weekend Property Mgr

Live in the Bywater or Marigny? Local BnB looking for a part time weekend person to handle guest check in prep and property management. Very low impact part-time gig - responsibilities include inspecting/checking rooms after cleaners, watering landscaping, preparing rooms for check in, and laundry which entails throwing linens and towels into washer and then into dryer, then sorting and folding. Up to about 10 hours a week, flexible scheduling, but ideally Friday - Sunday before 3 pm guest check in.
