Executing Proof of Concepts around new technologies

Act as an architect and subject matter expert for process Automation technologies

Provides continuous advice and best practices to Automation developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy

Leads and participates in process assessment sessions and helps with process reengineering

Act as a subject matter expert on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) best practices

Leads Automation technologies product evaluation and analysis.

Qualifications Requires an BA/BS degree; 7 or more years related experience; multi platform experience, and expert level experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, and provide troubleshooting support.An ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 7 years’ experience working in multi tech stack and multi database enterprise environment

Experience implementing, maintaining, and improving RPA solutions using one of the following products: UIPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere

Experience working on automation technologies such as Process Mining, NLP, Computer Vision, OCR/ICR etc.

Previous process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts

Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level

Experience running meetings/workshops with business leaders and SMEs to understand the end to end process while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation.

Experience developing an Automation practice in an enterprise and working with infrastructure and security teams to enable the RPA practices

Experience working in an agile
