Robert Half Technology is working with a client in the New Orleans area that is looking to add a Help Desk Analyst to their IT team. This position will include both remote and on-site support utilizing a ticketing system. Experience in both hardware and software setup and support is needed as well. Position could be based in Hammond, LA or Mobile, AL as well. If interested, please apply today!
