Looking For Sales Representatives in The Lake Charles Area and Surrounding Areas.

Previous Sales experience is preferred and any knowledge in trade: roofing, siding, gutters, and fencing preferred as well. Training Available, however previous skill is a bonus & will make you an asset to the team! Will be trained by award winning sales training team. Job Description includes but is not limited to :

Job Responsibilities:

Calling leads and setting up appointments, running set appointments ,sitting with customers and and ultimately closing a sale of one or more company products

Approaching and greeting each member in a professional manner

-Following Up with leads

-Having negotiation skills

Assists with Special Events as directed by management and more

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English instructions and proper professional business language

- Ability to persuade, with minimum selling skills

-Ability to measure

-Ability to Sell

-Must have reliable Transportation

- Ability to be a self-starter, with the ability to stay focused on goals and be self-disciplined

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while handling rejection

- Must maintain state minimum required auto insurance

- Ability to work a varied work schedule to meet the needs of the business
