Position Description: CGI is seeking a highly motivated DevOps engineer with excellent knowledge in (VBS) Visual Builder Studio & (OCI) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to serve as a key member of our software development team in developing CI/CD pipelines for handling deployments in PaaS layer in combination of the other existing enterprise tools. You will be involved in a critically significant project, working with a team of inquisitive, dedicated people like yourself who build solutions using Agile Methodologies and Cloud platforms for a variety of Healthcare Industry clients. Role can be performed from Lafayette, LA, Bloomfield, CT or other locations in US. Your future duties and responsibilities:• Define ways to deploy objects demonstrating CI/CD pipeline in multiple environments.• Apply the mechanism to version control the code being deployed.• Implement a defined approval flow within the pipeline.• Perform an Audit trail for traceability and audit requirements.• Collect and view logs for solving problems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum 8 years of shown experience in:• Excellent Knowledge of (VBS) Visual Builder Studio (Instance configuration, Jobs/pipelines setup for various PaaS and SaaS artifacts etc.)• Knowledge of (OCI) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and the PaaS tools.• Familiarity with CI/CD standard methodologies.• Good with Shell scripting.• Knowledge of GIT, Jenkins etc.• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skills, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - 161,600.
